BAKER INSURANCE AGENCY CELEBRATED OUR 65TH BIRTHDAY
AT THE TURN OF THE MILLENNIUM
In 1934, Cecil J. Baker started a home business at 10725 E. Copas Rd. in Lennon. He named it Baker Insurance Agency.
Cecil also worked as a Fieldman for the W. R. Roach Canning Company of Owosso, and ran the family farm.
Despite his multiple careers and commitments, Cecil grew his little agency out of his home and to its current downtown Lennon location, where his son Gerald joined him in the agency. William (Bill) was the third generation Baker to join the firm in 1976.

Baker is an independent agency representing a carefully selected group of insurance companies, including Fremont Mutual, Frankenmuth Mutual, Auto-Owners, Secura, Foremost and Progressive. We work together to meet the invidivual needs of each client.
